Keyboard
Keyboard is a very important input device. It is a
typewriter-like device, which is used to input various types of data such as
text, symbols, numbers, etc. and instructions through typing. Along with this,
it is also used to navigate in the document, that is, to move the cursor. There
are many buttons on this input device, which are called keys. A standard keyboard
has 104 keys.

Function Key
The function keys are placed at the top of the
keyboard and are marked from F1 to F12 and are 12 in number. According to the
name of these keys, they are used for special tasks.

Use Of Function Keys
Function keys are used for different special
functions in different programs or applications. Some of the functions of the
function keys are as follows:-
F1 : - (Help)

When we are
working on a program and press the F1 key, a help menu or taskpane will appear.
With the help of which we can easily get offline or online information about
that program or command.
F2 : - (Rename a File or Folder)

With the help of this key, we can easily rename any
file or folder.
F3: - (Search a File or Folder)

With the help of this key, we can easily search the
file or folder kept in our system.
F4 : - ( Active the Address Bar of Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge)

With the help of this key, we can activate the
address bar of Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
Alt + F4 : - (Close the current active program)
Alt เคीเคฏ เคคเคฅा F4 เคीเคฏ เคा เคเค เคธाเคฅ เคช्เคฐเคฏोเค เคเคฐเคे Current Application เคฏा Open Application เคो เคฌंเคฆ เคเคฐ เคธเคเคคे เคนैं.
By using Alt key and F4 key together, you can close
Current Application or Open Application.
F5: - (Refresh the Web Page)

When we are working on web page i.e. internet, then
this key is used to refresh the web page.
Along with this, when we are working in Microsoft
Word, we use this key for GoTo command. As soon as you press F5, the Find and
Replace dialog box or command appears on the screen.
F6 :- (Move around a page)

In some programs, F6 is used to move or navigate
the cursor in the document and Chrome browser.

F7 key is used for spelling and grammar check.
Shift + F7 :- (Using the Thesaurus Command in MS Word)

Shift key and F7 key are used together for
Thesaurus Command ie synonyms.
F8 : - (To Start the Computer in Safe Mode)

This key is used to start the computer in safe mode
or for troubleshooting.
F9 : - (No Specific Function)
F10 : - (Activate the Menu Bar or Ribbon)

The F10 key is used to activate the menu bar or
ribbon.
Shift + F10 : - ( Brings Up the Pop Up Menu)

By using Shift key and F10 key together, we do fast
work in any application. As soon as you press F10 with Shift, a pop up menu
becomes active.
(Like a pop up menu appears after clicking the
right button of the mouse.)
F11 : - (Toggle Back and Forth From Screen View)
